Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wellness Revolution Texas ("WRTX") practice management system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the system, including patients, healthcare providers, staff members, and administrators.

Acceptable Use

When using our system, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the system only for its intended healthcare-related purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users
• Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches immediately
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Accessing accounts or data that does not belong to you
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
• Using the system for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the system
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without authorization
• Impersonating other users or healthcare providers
• Using automated tools to access the system without permission

User Accounts

Account Types

• Patient Accounts: Created by patients for accessing their health records and scheduling appointments.
• Provider Accounts: Created by administrators for healthcare providers to access clinical functions.
• Staff Accounts: Created by administrators for front desk and administrative personnel.
• Admin Accounts: Full system access for authorized administrators only.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available security features.

Healthcare Services

The practice management system is a tool to facilitate healthcare services. It does not replace the professional judgment of healthcare providers or the in-person patient-provider relationship.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the WRTX system, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Wellness Revolution Texas and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Revolution Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the system.

We do not guarantee that the system will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The system is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellness Revolution Texas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the system or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the system at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the system will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
